MT Coupling Spiders

Overview

An MT coupling spider (or coupling insert) is a robust, torsionally flexible elastomer designed for industrial machinery to transmit torque between two metal hubs. In a jaw coupling assembly, the spider sits between the interlocking claws of the hubs to absorb torsional vibrations, dampen shocks, and compensate for parallel, angular, and axial shaft misalignments.
